Premium Horticultural Substrates & Packaging Innovations | IFEX 2025 Expo, Kunming

 

The 23rd Kunming International Flowers & Plants Expo (IFEX 2025) from September 19–21, this premier floral trade show transforms the city into a global horticulture epicenter. At IFEX 2025, over 60,000 sqm of exhibition space will gather elite breeders, growers, and tech suppliers, showcasing cutting-edge varieties and sustainable solutions.

In 2024, the event drew over 84,000 visits, with on-site transactions exceeding 200 million yuan. More than 92.3% of exhibitors reported high satisfaction with their participation.

1.      Fulan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.

Fulan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 as a joint venture between France-based Florentaise and Shanghai Ganyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. It is the pioneer of wood-fiber-based growing media in China and a leading innovator in customized substrate formulations. Using sustainably sourced French red pine and proprietary production processes, Florentaise produces wood fibers that are light, airy, evenly porous, highly conductive, slow to degrade, and environmentally friendly. These fibers are the preferred additive for leading international growing-media brands, and wood-fiber substrates have become the new global benchmark for professional horticulture.

 

By fully integrating Florentaise’s products, technologies, and management expertise, Fulan has built one of China’s most advanced blending plants, an automated packaging line, and an independent R&D laboratory. Its wood-fiber substrates are now widely used in commercial seedling production for rice, vegetables, and flowers; potted plants; landscape gardening; soilless cultivation of premium fruits such as blueberries and strawberries; rare medicinal herbs; ecological restoration projects; and home gardening. 

2. Sichuan Xinrang Agriculture Co., Ltd.

Rooted in Sichuan and serving the Southwest, Sichuan Xinrang Agriculture Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sanyi Agriculture, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Shouguang City, Shandong Province which is renowned as China’s “Vegetable Capital”. Our modern manufacturing facility in Guanghan, Sichuan, spans 15,880 square meters and specializes in supplying premium agricultural inputs, including: imported substrates peat (German “Planta Flor” Sphagnum Peat), customized growing media (e.g. young agriculture seedling, blueberry, and strawberry cultivation blends), coco coir products and greenhouse construction materials. Leveraging European-sourced sphagnum peat as our core raw material, we autonomously develop and produce scientifically formulated substrates through automated production lines. Our solutions cater to soilless cultivation of vegetables and flowers, soil enhancement, and specialized crop applications.
