I voluntarily submit the above information during the registration to Reed Exhibitions (China) Ltd. I agree that:
(a) Reed China can store the above information in its database;
(b) Reed China can provide the above information to a third party (including Reed China subsidiaries, affiliates, exhibition partners and service providers inside and outside of China), and Reed China or any third party that receives the above information can store and use the above information for providing exhibition services or related business development. I understand and agree that the storage, transmission and use of the above information will be subject to the laws of the place of business and privacy policies of Reed China or the third party (whether inside or outside of China);
and (c) Reed China and any third party that receives the above information can contact me via telephone, fax, email with links, SMS, post or otherwise and/or send me information, including, but not limited to, information relating to exhibition registration confirmation, promotions, conferences and events, business matchmaking, surveys, prize-winning activities, discounts, etc.
(d) Reed China will capture exhibition image via photography or video-taping at the event it organizes, and the image may be edited, adjusted or made changes with. I grant the permission to Reed China and its collaboration entities to use the images from which my image may be included in any media methods regardless the occasion forever with no charges.
