Founded in 2001, KIFA is the only flora auction and trading center approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and Yunnan Provincial Government. As Asia's largest and the world's second-largest flower auction market, it operates a 160,000㎡ facility with 2 halls, 12 clocks, and 900 seats. KIFA connects over 33,000 producer members with 3,100 buyer members, handling ~6 million fresh flower stems daily. 2.       Yunnan Flower Industry Investment & Management Co., Ltd.:

Yunnan Flower Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Yunnan provincial modern agriculture development group Co., LTD (Yunnan state farms group Co., Ltd.) It is the largest shareholder of both Yunnan United Floral Transport & Marketing Co., Ltd. (FLY) and Yunnan Flower Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd.  It is also a shareholder of Kunming International Flower Auction Trading Center Co., Ltd. 3.       Yunnan Xinjiyi Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.：

A subsidiary of Kunming Jinning State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., Yunnan Xinjiyi Agriculture Technology leads Jinning's flower industry development with over 3 billion RMB investment. It operates a 400-acre breeding base, 4,000+ acre production base, and a 100,000+㎡ logistics park. Its core Jinning Flower Supply Chain Platform, anchored by the 143-acre Jinning Flower Logistics Center (daily trade: 200,000 stems), provides standardized production, e-commerce, and supply chain services. 4.       Yunnan Yuntianhua Flower Shop Technology Co., Ltd.：

It focuses on flowers, fertilizers, and urban horticulture, using high-tech cultivation to build the high-quality flower industry chain. Its flagship project, the completed Yuntianhua Jinning Flower Industry Modernization Demonstration Park (1,500 acres, 720,000㎡), is Asia's largest high-standard agricultural facility. Integrating seedlings, smart greenhouses, water/fertilizer systems, soilless cultivation, digital management, and post-harvest processing, it will produce 600,000 cut flowers daily (160 million+ annually), driving industry upgrading.
